As you may or may not be aware, coffee is a seasonal product and crops change year to year. We have just done our green coffee buying for another year and have some amazing new coffees on hand. Our goal is to provide a consistent and continual supply of exceptional quality and value coffees, and as a result of this years buying are able to take our customers to the next level. This year, rather than just modify the blends we have decided to rename them to reflect the new seasons. Here is our current coffee offer:

 

No.13: If you were buying #003 then this is the improvement. Due to a shift away from Fair Trade certification from the major grower in this blend we have been forced to re-evaluate. Blending a small village lot Papua New Guinea coffee with a ultra-smooth estate grown Colombian and true old school Ethiopian Harrar. We have managed to keep the big earthy body, amazing blueberry and cocoa notes and dark chocolate aftertaste. 

No.14: If you were buying #001 than this is the new coffee for you. We have dropped the Indonesian out of the blend and replaced it with an amazing direct trade Brazil. The flavour remains true to the original blend with full caramel body and mild fruity acidity, but it has a smoother fuller body and more chocolates in the aftertaste. 

 

No.15: For those who loved blend #007. Due to a drop in quality of the major Brazil component of this blend we have started from scratch here. Combining a pulped natural Brazil, estate Colombian and Guatemalan coffees, we have the essence of these blends. Big velvety, nutty and chocolatey body with no nonsense flavour that cut through the milk. A slightly darker roast than is ultra smooth and strong.

 

Along with higher quality beans comes higher pricing. As we will not compromise on quality, we have had to increase our pricing on these blends.
