FAQ
Do you have a question about who we are and what we do? Perhaps the answer is here:
Can I buy coffee online?
Do you roast coffee to order?
We do – but we also only roast for web orders 4 days a week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. If you place your order before 10am on a roast day then it ships same day, or if it is after 10am then it will ship on the next roast day. So an order placed on a Tuesday after 10am ships on Thursday and one placed any time on a Saturday would ship on a Monday. Hopefully that makes sense!
What size coffee bags do you sell ?
Our coffee is available in 250g and 1Kg bags only.
Do you sell whole beans and ground?
A lot of what we love about coffee is lost very quickly once it is ground. Despite packing the coffee as well as we can we don’t feel confident that you would be getting everything the coffee is capable for if we shipped it ground. Equally most brew methods are dependent on the correct grind. We’d rather people ground their coffee at home, and could get the tastiest cup through which ever brew method they fancied. We do however understand that not all of you own grinders so we are more than happy to grind it for you.
Do you want to know what I thought of the coffee?
We really do! We try and brew our coffees many different ways to see how they taste but we always want to hear what people think – good or bad – about how our coffees taste. If you’d like to leave some feedback we’d love to read it.
Where are you and can I come and visit?
Our new HQ is located at 193 South Pine Rd, Brendale (North Brisbane). We would love you to drop in and sample what we offer in our espresso bar. We do prefer to know if your coming to visit to discuss wholesale accounts, so give us a call or drop us an email first to make an appointment.
If you can't make it in to us and want a bag or two of coffee for home we recommend you order and pay through our online store or look up one of our customers who sell retail, like Caffeine Espresso, Bold Coffee, Park Bench espresso, Ltd espresso + brew bar, The fort specialty coffee to name just a few. Their details can be found here. It might be worth calling ahead to see what they have in stock.
If you’d just like to pop in because you are interested in coffee then feel free. We love visitors.

We have put together a little list of some of the places that serve the coffee we roast. Check them out.
